Brian Weglarz is the Director of Operations for American Associated Pharmacies (AAP), bringing more than 25 years of experience serving independent pharmacies. In his role, Brian oversees a diverse range of operational activities, including process and data management, sales training and ProfitAmp. Known for his continuous drive to improve efficiency and effectiveness across all areas of AAP, Brian plays a key role in optimizing the organization’s operations.
Prior to joining AAP, Brian gained valuable experience in sales, business development and operations at Cardinal Health and Partners in Pharmacy Cooperative (PIPCo). Following the acquisition of PIPCo by AAP, he served as a Pharmacy Business Advisor until 2022, when he was promoted to his current role as Director of Operations. Brian holds a degree from Indiana University – Bloomington and has built a reputation for his strategic approach to operational excellence throughout his career.
