Tracie Heyrman has more than two decades of experience in the independent pharmacy industry and is currently the Vice-President of Operations at American Associated Pharmacies (AAP) where she oversees Operations, Member Support, Information Technology and the AAP Annual Conference.
Prior to joining AAP, Tracie spent 13 years with Partners in Pharmacy Cooperative (PIPCo), culminating in its acquisition by AAP in 2016. In addition to her roles at AAP and PIPCo, as an Implementation Consultant at Epic Systems Corporation, Tracie oversaw the configuration and installation of inpatient pharmacy and clinical documentation software in large health systems.
A proud alumna of the University of Wisconsin – Madison, Tracie resides in Green Bay, Wisconsin, with her husband, Tim, and their two children, Millie and Huck. In her free time, Tracie enjoys travel and the outdoors, and is currently on a quest to explore all 63 of the U.S. National Parks with her family.
