    • AAP is built exclusively for single- and multiple-location independent community pharmacy owners who want stronger purchasing performance, operational insight and access to programs aligned with their business goals.

    • AAP is organized as a cooperative, meaning independent pharmacy owners direct the organization. This structure allows the board to declare year‑end profits as patronage dividends, which may then be shared among our Member pharmacies.

    • AAP provides purchasing programs, data-driven tools, and strategic guidance that help pharmacies better understand costs, optimize buying decisions, and improve margin performance.  
  1. How do I find out if AAP is a good fit for my pharmacy?  
    • Pharmacies can request a benefits assessment through the AAP website. An AAP representative will follow up to review eligibility and available programs.
