Customized intelligence-based bulk ordering for pharmacies

Open to AAP Members who are opted into ProfitAmp Full Access or Monthly Assessment, SmartSync is a new offering from AAP to help you save even more on your pharmacy’s most common inventory that you’re buying from API Warehouse. AAP will analyze your ProfitAmp dispensing data each month to suggest a 30-day bulk order from API Warehouse, tailored to your store’s needs.

How it works:

You receive a monthly email from SmartSync with your suggested order.

You can approve the order as-is or adjust based on your current inventory.

You have a three-day window in which to approve or adjust your order.

You receive an extra 5% off the invoice price of your order total (minus controlled substances).

Advantages

  • NDCs with highest-dollar savings are selected for orders, as available.
